Ms. Bobbi has been most reliable & knowledgeable in all aspects of her profession. Her appreciation for the wants, needs and desires of her clients is unprecedented and it so amazes us all in her perception awareness there of!Her clients understand all the detailed information that she takes time to relay in layman's terms to them and involves them in the whole, sometimes long drawn out process when they request to be informed about every little aspect and detail.She is very patient and willing to go the extra mile in order to provide the things requested, preferred and expected by her clients. As well, all the housing rules and regulations that the law require for these purposes. We love this woman :) She will go out of your way to find you the home you want. We were not from the area (from California) and she made it easy for us to look at what we wanted to see. She printed off all the homes that we thought we might be interested in. She lent us her county map book so we could find our way around. When we were not in town shopping around, she kept us updated with new listings and answered every single email I sent her. She is patient, kind, funny, just a pleasure to be around. Her assistant Kimmie (sorry if I spelled her name wrong) is just as helpful. She took us out repeatedly to a couple different properties as we could not make up our minds, well mine anyway When we finally decided on a home, she made sure we had the information we wanted, scheduled or contacted contractors and forwarded questions to the sellerds' clients. We strongly recommend Bobbi. You will not be disappointed.

We felt confident with Bobbi from the moment we met her. Throughout the entire process, we were always certain that she had our backs and was working for us. Being business owners for over 30 years, we have pretty high standards and Bobbi met all of them. She has excellent knowledge of the valley, was ALWAYS available and responsive to my texts or phone calls and is very personable and friendly. When push came to shove during the negotiation process, there was no question that she wanted to broker the very best deal and she achieved it. If we ever buy another property in this valley, Bobbi will be our go to girl.

We could not have gone through the emotionally difficult (to say the least of the physical stress) without Bobbi and her team. Everyone was professional with immediate attention when we had questions. Although we have moved many times in our lives, downsizing as well as moving to another state made this move the most difficult of our lives. Bobbi went out of her way to make us feel like all the decisions we had to make were in the right direction. We highly recommend her for her market and marketing know how as well as her sunny personality!
